Who we are

PostAllDay is operated from postallday.com. For anything in this policy, including a request to see, correct or delete your data, write to support@postallday.com. We answer within 30 days.

What we collect, and why

Your account. Your email address, and a name if your sign-in provider supplies one. We need it to let you in and to reach you about your orders. We sign you in with a link sent to your email, or with Google if you choose that.

What you buy and what we do with it. Your orders, credit balance and the work carried out for you. This is the service itself.

Payments. Handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number — we keep the fact that a payment succeeded, its amount, and Stripe's reference for it.

Analytics, only if you allow it. See below.

Cookies and analytics

Cookies that are strictly necessary — the one that keeps you signed in, and the one that records your answer to the cookie banner — are set without asking, because the site cannot work without them.

Everything else waits for your permission. We use Google Analytics to see which pages bring people here, and PostHog to see where people get stuck inside the product. Neither is loaded at all until you allow it: with no answer on file, no request is made to either of them. We do not use analytics for advertising, we do not run remarketing, and we do not sell anything to anyone.

Your answer is remembered for 182 days, after which we ask again. You can change it at any time — — and refusing after having allowed also clears the analytics cookies already set.

Who else processes your data

We use these services to run PostAllDay, and they process data on our instructions only:

  • Stripe — payments
  • Cloudflare — email delivery and network
  • Google Analytics — site analytics, with your consent
  • PostHog — product analytics, with your consent
  • Axiom and Sentry — server logs and error reports, so we can fix faults

Some of these are based outside the EEA, and transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Account and order records last as long as your account does, and for as long afterwards as tax and accounting law requires us to keep records of a sale. Server logs are kept for 30 days. To delete your account, write to support@postallday.com from the address you sign in with, and we remove what we are not obliged to keep.

Your rights

If you are in the EEA or the UK you may ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to a particular use, or ask for it in a portable form. Write to support@postallday.com. You may also complain to your national data protection authority, though we would rather you gave us the chance to put it right first.

Changes

If we change how we handle your data we update the date at the top. A change that affects what you consented to means we ask again rather than assume the old answer still stands.
