Terms of Service

The agreement
These terms are between you and PostAllDay, operated from postallday.com. By creating an account or buying credits you accept them. If you do not, do not use the service. Questions go to support@postallday.com.
What the service does
PostAllDay creates and warms social accounts and runs activity on them on your behalf, on real devices. You tell us what you want; we carry it out and report back what was done.
What we sell is the work, not a result on someone else's platform. We do not control TikTok or any other network. They may restrict, suspend or remove an account at their discretion, change their rules without notice, or show your content to nobody. We make no promise about views, followers, reach or revenue, and nobody honestly can.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for what you ask us to publish and for having the right to publish it. Do not use PostAllDay for anything unlawful, for impersonating a real person or organisation, for harassment, or for content that is sexual, hateful or deceptive. We may refuse or stop work that breaches this, and we will tell you why.
Keep your sign-in to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
Do not resell access to PostAllDay, scrape it, or try to take our work off the platform — approaching our operators directly to arrange the same work outside it, for instance. We built the device estate and the software; going around it is taking the work without the agreement that governs it.
Credits, plans and renewals
Work is paid for in credits. A subscription grants its monthly credits on each successful payment; packages are bought once. Credits expire 30 days after they are granted and do not roll over — unspent credits are lost at the end of their period.
Credits are spent when work is accepted, not when it finishes. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you may cancel at any time from the billing page; cancelling stops the next charge and leaves the period you have paid for running to its end.
Prices may change. A change to a subscription price applies from the next renewal and we tell you before it takes effect.
Refunds
If work fails because of a fault on our side — a job we never ran, or one we ran wrongly — write to support@postallday.com and we will refund the credits for it or run it again, whichever you prefer.
We do not refund work that was carried out as ordered, nor outcomes on a platform we do not control — an account restricted by TikTok after we warmed it correctly is not a failure of the service. Unspent credits are not refundable for cash.
If you are a consumer in the EEA or the UK you have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase. Asking us to begin work immediately means that right ends once the work has started, and these terms do not limit any right you have by law.
If an account is banned
Social platforms suspend accounts, sometimes without a reason anyone can see and sometimes in waves that hit thousands at once. This is the normal risk of the service and you carry it.
That said, if an account we created and warmed is banned within 14 days of delivery, and it was not used to post content that breached the platform's rules, tell us and we will create a replacement at no cost. The 14 days is the window in which a ban plausibly reflects how the account was made rather than what was done with it afterwards. Replacement is in kind, not in cash, and does not apply to a platform-wide enforcement wave or a change in the platform's own rules.
The accounts themselves
An account we create for you is yours. Content you publish through it is yours. We hold its credentials to operate it on your behalf, and you may ask us to hand them over at any time — but once you have them, the account is out of our control, we can no longer warm or operate it, and the replacement cover above ends with it.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee it is uninterrupted or error-free. Devices, networks and third-party platforms fail, and some of that is outside our reach.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities or indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Ending the agreement
You may stop using PostAllDay at any time. To delete your account, write to support@postallday.com from the address you sign in with. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is used to defraud us or a payment provider, or where we are required to by law — and other than where the law prevents it, we will say why.
Things outside anyone's control
If a platform shuts down, changes its rules so that the work is no longer possible, or an outage, seizure or act of law stops us, our obligations pause for as long as that lasts. Where work can no longer be delivered at all we return the credits for it.
Changes
We update the date above when these terms change. A change that materially affects what you have already paid for applies from your next renewal, not retroactively.
How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
